The Orange Kinsmen / Women, Inc. is a local chapter of The National Black Police Association, was founded in 1977 for the purpose of bringing together those members of the Orange Police Department who were interested in civic betterment, through close cooperation between the police and the communities which they serve.
Our members believe that all people are created Equal, that they are endowed, by a Creator, with certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We recognize that many have fallen by the wayside and knowing that we are, "OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS KEEPER", we still strive to improve the moral, civic and social well being between ourselves and OUR community in a way which is pleasing to GOD, our government and each other.
